Job summary

Jobtailor in Hyderabad, India is seeking an experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using Copado, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.

You will coordinate deployments across Salesforce environments, manage sandbox configurations, data seeding, and audit trails, while integrating automated testing and ensuring release quality through collaboration with developers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Job description

• Design, implement, and maintain automated Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Copado, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
• Implement branching strategies and manage code merging, source control, and repository maintenance
• Coordinate deployments across Salesforce environments from Sandbox to Production and maintain audit trails
• Oversee Salesforce environment configuration, data seeding, and sandbox management
• Integrate automated testing and validation processes for quality assurance
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to improve release processes and resolve conflicts

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Salesforce Metadata API, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce CLI
• Proficiency in Copado, Jenkins, or Salesforce DX (SFDX)
• Expert knowledge of Git-based tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket, and GitLab
• Proficiency in scripting languages for automation
• About 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development, administration, and release management
• Salesforce Administrator or Developer certifications
• Platform-specific DevOps certifications, such as Copado
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
