Qualifications

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and passionate Drone Trainer who can train school/college students across Gujarat. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in English & Hindi language, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable teaching both theoretical and practical drone operations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct drone training sessions for students in schools, colleges, and training centres across Gorakhpur .Teach fundamentals of drones, safety protocols, flight planning, and hands-on flying. Demonstrate IG Drones training modules, simulators, and drone equipment . Ensure all training is compliant with DGCA and company guidelines.Assess student performance and maintain training documentation.Travel to different districts in Gujarat for workshops and field training.Support awareness programs, drone demos, and special events.Provide basic troubleshooting guidance for drones and simulators.Maintain training equipment and ensure readiness for sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Fluent in English & Hindi, with good command over Hindi & English.Minimum 12 years of experience in drone training OR field operations (preferred).DGCA Certified Remote Pilot License (Multirotor/Fixed Wing) is an advantage.Strong presentation and classroom handling skills.Ability to inspire and engage young learners.Comfortable with frequent travel.Technical understanding of drones, batteries, sensors, and basic maintenance.
