Job summary

PIGEON INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS LLP invites applications for a Full-time drone operator role based in Mumbai. You will execute field missions, collect aerial data, and ensure adherence to SOPs and DGCA regulations. The position requires readiness to travel across India and work on-site at client locations.

Job description

PIGEON INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS LLP | Full time

• Flying Drones for Variousactivities as per standard operating procedures laid out by DGCA and otherregulatory bodies.
  
• Data acquisition as per clientrequirements and reporting deliverables.
  
• Should be capable of handlingany basic technical issues related to Drones.
  
• Should be smart in decidingwhether to fly the Drone in Manual Mode or Autonomous mode.
  
• Should maintain a record of allthe activities performed during the day/week/month.
  
• Should report to the Team Headregarding any issues faced during the daily activities.
  
• Visit the client site and remaindeployed for field requirements as per the schedule provided by the client andplanned by operations for the entire tenure of the project cycle.
  
• Ensure safety standards andpractices of safe flying during on-site assignment jobs.
  
• Duties will include Analyseweather forecasts, maintaining drones, planning flight paths, performing missions,Navigating drones along designated paths, assembling maps, and gathering data,footage, and digital images.
  
• Gather information or produceaerial data, as needed perform equipment testing, troubleshooting, calibration,and Maintenance.
  
• Research and implement newtechniques throughout PIS for providing better services to clients.
  
• Ready to learn new concepts, andset up new SOP to mitigate risks.
  
• Any/all other services requiredby the company related to the Job
  

Requirements

• Should have basic knowledge about Drones.
  
• Should be ready to work in the Drone area.
  
• Should have atleast 6 months experience flying multi-rotor drones (Small / Medium Category).
  
• Should be a fast learner.
  
• Should be a team player.
  
• Strong problem-solving ability.
  
• Should be ready for travel across India for Drone operations.
  
• Experience in planning autonomous missions
  
• Documentation skills for Flight Logs and test reports of tuning and mission flights.
  
• Knowledge of the National Airspace System, Drone Rules and Regulations, Digital Sky platform, etc.
