Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Training & Teaching
  • Conduct drone education workshops in schools and colleges
  • Deliver in-house drone training sessions
  • Teach core drone concepts including:
  • Types of drones and applications
  • Aerodynamics and basic flight principles
  • Drone components (motors, ESCs, flight controllers, batteries, frames)
  • Safety procedures and basic operating rules
  • Guide students in drone assembly, calibration, and flying
  • Support learners during practical and demo sessions
• Content Development
  • Assist in development and improvement of drone training content, including:
  • Presentation decks (PPTs)
  • Student manuals and handouts
  • Practical activity guides
  • Session plans and workflows
  • Document step-by-step processes for drone assembly and flight
  • Enhance content based on field experience and participant feedback
• Coordination & Operations
  • Travel to schools and colleges as per training schedule
  • Coordinate with internal teams for workshop planning and execution
  • Ensure safe handling, charging, and maintenance of drone kits
  • Maintain basic session reports and documentation

Requirements

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering + minimum 2 years experience
• B.E. / B.Tech (Any stream) + minimum 1 year experience

Preferred Streams
