  • Escalate complex issues to the central technical / R&D team with the right technical information.
  • Minimise drone downtime and restore field-ready systems quickly.
Drone Testing and Operational Readiness
  • Carry out post-repair and pre-deployment testing of drones.
  • Perform functional checks of propulsion, flight electronics, GPS, communication, battery and spray systems.
  • Conduct controlled test flights after major repairs or component replacements.
  • Verify drone performance before handing the system back to the Pilot or Operations team.
  • Support testing and validation of new components, software, configurations and drone systems.
  • Maintain testing records and report abnormal performance or recurring issues.
Electrical and Electronics
  • Troubleshoot wiring harnesses, connectors, power distribution, sensors, flight electronics, GPS, telemetry and communication systems.
  • Carry out connector crimping, soldering, cable routing and electrical repairs.
  • Use a multimeter and other basic test equipment for voltage, continuity and electrical diagnostics.
  • Identify loose connections, damaged cables, connector failures and power-related issues.
Mechanical and Propulsion Systems
  • Inspect and maintain motors, ESCs, propellers, landing gear, frames, arms, payload mounts and other mechanical components.
  • Carry out component replacement and mechanical adjustments.
  • Check alignment, fastening, vibration and overall mechanical condition.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance as per company schedules.
Spray System Maintenance

  • Identify and resolve leakage, blockage, low-flow and spray-performance issues.
  • Carry out spray-system cleaning, flushing and functional testing.
  • Make sure spray systems are ready for daily field operations.
Battery and Power System
  • Support the safe handling, inspection, charging, storage and maintenance of drone batteries.
  • Monitor battery health and identify abnormal battery performance.
  • Maintain battery usage and maintenance records.
  • Make sure batteries are available and ready for planned field operations.
Team Training and Field Support
  • Provide technical training and basic troubleshooting guidance to Drone Pilots, Co-Pilots and Supervisors.
  • Train field teams on drone care, preventive maintenance, battery handling, spray-system maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
  • Support the operations team during high-volume spray activities.
  • Assist pilots in resolving technical issues during field operations.
  • Help teams follow maintenance checklists and technical SOPs.
  • Identify common mistakes and give practical corrective guidance.
Spray Operations Support
