• Analyze cost structures and prepare detailed bid cost breakdowns.
• Ensure pricing aligns with profitability targets and market competitiveness.
• Identify and assess risks associated with tender submissions.
• Facilitate tender review meetings and align across departments.

As a Drilling Services Tender Manager, you will be responsible to to prepare proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. Leads the development of business plans for a specific product or product line.

As a Drilling Services Tender Manager, you will be responsible for

• Reviewing tender documents, identifying requirements, and ensuring compliance with client specifications.
• Leading the preparation, coordination, and submission of tenders, proposals, and bids within deadlines.
• Working with finance and commercial teams to develop competitive pricing strategies.
• Analyzing cost structures and prepare detailed cost breakdowns for bids.
• Ensuring pricing aligns with company profitability targets and market competitiveness.
• Identifying and assess risks associated with tender submissions.
• Facilitating tender review meetings and ensure alignment across departments.
