Job summary

• Knowledge of residential, malls, and office layouts; highways/intersections design is a plus.
• Residents near Andheri, Mumbai only (no Navi Mumbai/Thane/South Mumbai).

Role & responsibilities

• To assist the consultancy team to deliver the parking design projects.
• To prepare parking design drawings and necessary details associated with the designs.
• Ability to work on AutoCAD and MS Office software.
• Knowledge of Auto-turn/ Auto track or similar turn-check software preferred.

Team Work

• Coordinate with team members and coordinate the work status.
• Share & seek information relevant to the progress of the assignment.

Quality management

• Ensure drawings sent are error free.
• Develop processes to ensure error free output / follow existing quality processes.
• Follow the existing quality standards of Secure and develop process for improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

• A full-time course in draftsman ship from recognized institute.
• 2 to 7 years of post-qualification architectural work experience.
• Proficiency in Auto CAD, MS Office, and Auto Turn4 (preferred).
• Knowledge and understanding of Architecture layouts pertaining to residential buildings, Malls, Commercial Offices etc. Knowledge on highways designs and intersections designs is a plus.
• Candidates Staying in close vicinity to Andheri Mumbai only. No Navi Mumbai/ Thane/ South Mumbai candidates or other far-off location candidates.
