Qualifications

• B.TECH, Diploma or ITI in Civil/Architectural Draftsmanship or equivalent qualification.
• 25 years of experience in architectural drafting.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (Mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of SketchUp and Revit will be an advantage.
• Understanding of architectural construction details and working drawings.
• Familiarity with National Building Code (NBC) and building bye-laws.
• Strong attention to detail and drafting accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and professional work ethic.
