Job summary

Savvy Realty Creators in Gandhinagar (GIFT City) is seeking an AutoCAD Draftsman with architectural and structural drafting expertise. You will prepare detailed drawings, coordinate with architects and engineers, and maintain documentation to project standards for diverse built-environment projects.

Responsibilities include creating floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details, ensuring accuracy across architectural and structural drawings, and supporting tender and GFC drawings

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and detailing for architectural and structural drawings.
• Experience coordinating with architects and structural engineers.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering and construction documents.
• Strong knowledge of building construction methods and detailing practices.
• Experience on residential, commercial, mixed-use, and high-rise projects.
• Familiarity with Revit/BIM workflows is a plus.
• Good communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, site plans, schedules, and construction details.
• Develop working drawings, tender drawings, and GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
• Incorporate design revisions and maintain drawing accuracy throughout project stages.
• Coordinate with architects and project teams for design development and documentation.
• Prepare structural GA drawings, foundation layouts, framing plans, RCC detailing, and structural construction details.
• Draft column layouts, beam layouts, slab plans, footing details, and reinforcement drawings as directed by structural engineers.
• Coordinate structural drawings with architectural drawings to ensure consistency and constructability.
• Ensure proper coordination between Architectural and Structural disciplines.
• Maintain drawing registers, revision records, and document control procedures.
• Assist in resolving drawing discrepancies and site-related drafting requirements.
• Ensure drawings comply with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.

Education Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture/ Drafting Technology or related field.

We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Draftsman with experience in Architectural and Structural drafting.
