Job summary

Key Result Areas for the Role:

Façade Drawing Development

• Prepare all shop drawings for tenders as well as projects as required.
• Ensure design accuracy and alignment with architectural and structural requirements as per tender & BOQ.

Technical Compliance & Detailing

• Ensure all drawings adhere to project specifications, applicable codes and company standards.
• Check for waterproofing, structural safety, ventilation and aesthetic consistency in designs.

Coordination with Internal & Site Teams

• Liaise with planning, project execution, and factory teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed designs.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions from site or consultant inputs and release required AOIs, FRs and glazing schedules etc. as required by the project teams.

Documentation & Revision Control

• Maintain version control of drawings and issue logs as well as design / drawing tracker.
• Ensure all revisions are documented, approved and traceable across all project stages.

Design Support During Execution

• Provide technical input during execution and resolve site-level design queries.
• Participate in site visits for measurements, verification and installation alignment.
