Job summary

Lodha in Navi Mumbai is seeking a facade engineering professional to coordinate with Architects, Structures, Interiors and MEP teams, and to prepare and review facade drawings and submittals. You will gather technical details, collect samples, and assist in tender presentations, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.

The role requires drafting and documentation skills, familiarity with AutoCAD and facade processes, and the ability to manage multiple submittals under supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience completing high-rise facade projects within approved time and cost.
• BE/B.Tech in relevant field or Diploma with minimum experience.
• Basic knowledge of facade engineering principles, fabrication methods and installation methods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Architects, Structures, Interiors, and MEP teams and collect information/drawings to assist in design development.
• Draft intent drawings as required by facade lead.
• Filing of all important documents/ drawings and taking print outs.
• Draft basic facade intent drawings as per inputs.
• Collect technical details and pricing for various items.
• Collect samples of coating materials to enable approval from architect.
• Collect project pictures and views required for preparing presentations for tender.
• Compile all queries received from bidders.
• Compile details (drawings, samples, specs) as instructed by manager.
• Review and print drawing submittals and variation claims for discussion.
• Document all submittals/ letters/ claims for traceability.
• Keep records of all resources/activities on daily basis.

• Filing of all important documents/ drawings and taking print outs
• Draft basic facade intent drawings as per inputs
• Collect technical details and pricing for various items
• Collect samples of powder/ PVDF coating, glass, perforated panels, etc. to enable approval from architect.
• Collect project pictures and views required for preparing the presentation for facade tender.
• Compile all queries received from various bidders.
• Compile details i.e. drawings, samples, specs as instructed by manager.
• Review and take print out of drawing submittals and variation claims for discussion.
• Document all submittals/ letters/ claims for easy traceability.
• Keep records of all resources/activities on daily basis

Skills and Knowledge:

Qualification and Work Experience:

• Experienced in completing high rise facade projects within the approved time and cost and have min 2 yrs. experience (BE/B.Tech) or min 4 yrs. experience (Diploma).
