Qualifications

• 5–9 years of Dot Net development focusing on C# and Azure.
• Strong Oracle and PL/SQL knowledge with Azure DevOps involvement.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects in an Agile setup.
• Excellent communication, collaborative skills and mentoring ability.
• Experience with AI tooling such as Claude or Copilot is a plus.

Candidate must focus on ensuring the successful delivery of complex project modules. Responsibilities

• Oversee the development, support, and maintenance of complex project modules.
• Utilize Dot Net, C#, ORACLE, PLSQL, and Azure technologies to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Implement web services, REST APIs, and Azure DevOps practices for efficient development.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Ensure adherence to agile/scrum methodologies for effective project management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business goals.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, driving innovation.
• Maintain strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders and clients.
• Good understanding & hands on AI tool like Claude or Github

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-9 years of experience in Dot Net development, with a strong focus on C# and Azure.
• Solid understanding of ORACLE, PLSQL, and Azure technologies, including Azure DevOps,Agile .
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with teams.
• Good working knowledge of scrum and ADO, with the ability to adapt to agile methodologies.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring junior developers, fostering a positive team environment.
• Knowledge of insurance domain is an added advantage, providing industry-specific expertise.
• Proficiency in secondary skill sets such as JAVA SCRIPT, WCF, UC4 JOB, and SHELL SCRIPT.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive and innovative mindset, driving technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Good to have AI knowledge and experience in using Githhub copilot tool in VS or VScode or Claude
