Job summary

Karnataka Tiffin Room (KTR) in Maharashtra is seeking an experienced Dosa Chef to join our kitchen team. You will prepare a variety of dosa, maintain batter consistency, and ensure quality across the dosa station.

You must handle the dosa tawa and equipment safely, manage mise en place, and work with the kitchen team to deliver timely service. The role requires hygiene and willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Dosa Maker or South Indian cook.
• Knowledge of dosa preparation and tawa handling.
• Ability to work quickly during busy service hours.
• Good hygiene and cleanliness practices.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
