Job summary

AP Management Consultants is seeking a sales-oriented professional in Mumbai to drive revenue and expand the customer base in flexible laminates for pharma and food packaging sectors. The role involves targeting new markets, coordinating with dispatch, and managing credit notes while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

You will create data-backed sales plans, draft quotations, and handle inquiries to convert leads into orders, focusing on growth and customer retention.

Qualifications

• Experience in Flexible Laminates / convertors selling to pharma and food packaging companies.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and collection targets and increase market reach.
• Generate sales enquiries and convert them into sales; retain and expand customer base.
• Create a customer database; provide timely market feedback and suggest sales gain plans.
• Map markets, share analysis, promote brands and identify new applications/markets.
• Plan sales calls and area coverage; coordinate with dispatch for daily schedules.
• Handle customer complaints and quality-related issues; assist in technical aspects and procedures.
• Draft price quotations for customers and follow up with accounts for credit notes.

• Looking after customer complaint and quality related issues.
• Assisting in Technical aspects and application Procedures.
• Achieving primary targets.
• Ability to coordinate with dispatch team for daily dispatch schedules.
• Focus in NBD business.
• Ability to draft price quotation to the customer.
• Follow-ups with accounts for credit notes.
