• Hands-on experience in sourcing and closing positions within defined timelines.
• 6 Months to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment (India Domestic hiring).
• Strong understanding of technical roles (Developers, QA, DevOps, Data, Cloud, ERP, etc.).
• Experience using job portals like Naukri, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions (Junior to Senior level).
• Understand technical job requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiate salary, manage offer rollouts, and ensure successful onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and MIS.
• Build strong talent pipelines for recurring and niche skill requirements.
• Ensure adherence to TAT (Turnaround Time) and quality hiring standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Venue: 619-621. 6th Floor, Tower B, The ITHUM, Sector 62, Noida

Work from Office: 5 days/week

Shift time- 09:30 to 06:30 pm (IST)
