Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Domain Support Specialist SAPC in Noida to take ownership of configuration, updates and trouble tickets on Core nodes related to 5G/VoLTE networks.

You will troubleshoot SAPC, CCPC and SCP 5G/VoLTE networks, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, health checks and backups, and escalate issues with customers and Ericsson teams. Collaboration across departments is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level engineering degree in Electronics & Communications or Computer Science.
• 3–5 years of domain experience in telecom networks, SAPC/5G/VoLTE environments.
• Academic credentials must be from recognized institutions and are subject to verification.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Ericsson SAPC, CCPC and SCP 5G/VoLTE Network.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and health checks.
• Handle planned maintenance such as health checks and backups.
• Escalate problems (TT/CSR/SR) and follow up with customers and Ericsson teams.
• Interface with customers, 3PP and Ericsson departments to ensure smooth handovers.
• Generate outage reports and adhere to defined processes.

About This Opportunity

Ericsson is currently seeking a dynamic Domain Support Specialist SAPC, based in Noida, supporting Ericsson network architectures in a 24x7 environment. The main purpose is to take full responsibility and ensure configuration/updates/Trouble tickets handling on various Core nodes related to 5g/VoLTE Network.

What You Will Do

• Troubleshooting on Ericsson SAPC, CCPC and SCP 5G/VoLTE Network.
• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance.
• Planned Maintenance (Health Checks, Backups etc)
• Problem Escalations and Follow-ups (TT/CSR/SR)
• Interface with Customer, 3PP and Ericsson Departments
• Ensure smooth and quality system/service handover from Project.
• Outage reporting
• Adherence to Processes

You will bring

• Expertise on Diameter & HTTP Signaling.
• Diameter & HTTP Cause Codes and its understanding.
• VoLTE/5G Call flows and Call scenarios, Multiple Test Cases, AT and clear understanding.
• Expertise on Ericsson SAPC, vSAPC, CCPC & SCP.
• LTE/4G, VoLTE/IMS and 5G call flows and roaming call flows.
• VoLTE/5G Network Architecture, interfaces, and its subparts.
• Performance & Characteristics of SAPC/PCRF/CCPC/SCP Network Nodes.

Key Qualification

• Education: B.E/B. Tech in Electronics and Communications/Computer Science and Engineering from Reputed University.

Experience: 3-5 years
