Job summary

Ericsson in Noida seeks a Domain Support Specialist SAPC to manage configuration, updates and trouble tickets on 5G/VoLTE network core nodes in a 24x7 environment. You will troubleshoot SAPC/CCPC/SCP, perform preventive and planned maintenance, and interface with customers and Ericsson teams.

Key qualifications include BE/B.Tech in Electronics/CS, 3–5 years of experience, and deep knowledge of VoLTE/5G call flows and Diameter signaling.

Qualifications

• Expertise on Diameter HTTP Signaling.
• Diameter HTTP Cause Codes and its understanding.
• VoLTE/5G Call flows and Call scenarios, Multiple Test Cases, AT and clear understanding.
• LTE/4G, VoLTE/IMS and 5G call flows and roaming call flows.
• VoLTE/5G Network Architecture, interfaces, and its subparts.
• Performance Characteristics of SAPC/PCRF/CCPC/SCP Network Nodes.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting on Ericsson SAPC, CCPC and SCP 5G/VoLTE Network.
• Preventive Corrective Maintenance.
• Planned Maintenance (Health Checks, Backups etc)
• Problem Escalations and Follow-ups (TT/CSR/SR)
• Interface with Customer, 3PP and Ericsson Departments
• Ensure smooth and quality system/service handover from Project.
• Outage reporting
• Adherence to Processes

Ericsson is currently seeking a dynamic Domain Support Specialist SAPC, based in Noida, supporting Ericsson network architectures in a 24x7 environment The main purpose is to take full responsibility and ensure configuration/updates/Trouble tickets handling on various Core nodes related to 5G/VoLTE Network.
