Job summary

Nokia Corp. is seeking a Domain Architect to lead a team within a Solution Area, delivering thought leadership in customer engagement and ensuring quality delivery and KPI tracking across projects.

You will coordinate Nokia internal stakeholders, shape delivery models, and drive success by leveraging multi-source technologies, with emphasis on telecom platforms, Linux and cloud infra.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech or equivalent is required.
• 10+ years in IMS projects is required.
• Strong knowledge of IMS core equipment (NTAS, SBC, CFX).
• Experience with OpenStack SBC, VMware SBC, RMS SBC, Cloud CBIS/CBAM.

Responsibilities

• Manage Nokia internal stakeholder engagements with solution capabilities from multiple sources and technologies.
• Lead delivery and KPI tracking to ensure quality delivery.
• Lead training and coordination of junior consultants; regularly guide project teams.
• Oversee system integration project planning and execution.

Job description

In this role, the Domain Architect will be responsible for managing team for one of Solution Area and bring thought leadership in customer engagement. Candidate will also be responsible for quality delivery and delivery project KPI tracking and adhering.

Your responsibilities

Manage Nokia Internal Stake holder engagements with solution capabilities from multiple sources and technologies.

• Build understanding and preference for Nokia products and solutions by influencing regional team decisions and strategic direction.
• Demonstrate significant operational as well as commercial knowledge of clients' business and uses this to build credibility as well as identify sales opportunities.
• Define new & innovative delivery model and package integrated solutions not only limited to Nokia Net's portfolio Leads training, development, and co-ordination of activities of more junior consultants, and regularly leads project teams.
• System Integration Project and execution plan management.

Ensuring competent resources on time every time.

Your skills and experience

Must have:

• 10+ years of experience in IMS Projects with BE/B.Tech or equivalent degree.
• Experience in IMS Core Equipment: NTAS, SBC, CFX
• Adequate knowledge of IMS Network and functionality of products such as Openstack SBC, Vmware SBC, RMS SBC, Cloud CBIS, CBAM. Should be familiar with SBC call flows & KPI’s.
• Experience in Cloud NTAS.
• Understanding customer technical requirements, Protocol Specs, Method of Procedure.
• Linux and Cloud Infra knowledge is must.

Good to have:

• Basic understanding ofProject Management skill is an advantage
