Job summary

Nokia Bengaluru is seeking an experienced software architect/full-stack lead to design and implement scalable architectures for web applications. You will own architectural decisions, drive cloud-native solutions, and collaborate with multi-site teams in an agile environment.

The role requires hands-on experience with Java, Golang, Python, and microservices using Spring Boot, JPA/JOOQ, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure services.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in software architecture, designing and developing full-stack modules for web apps.
• Experience with AI tools like Cursor as part of solutioning, design and development.
• Strong experience in cloud-native architecture and large software deployments across multiple stacks.
• Proficiency in Java, Golang and Python with containerized microservices (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with Azure cloud services – Compute, Storage, Networking, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop software architecture and features to meet specifications, performance, security and non-functional requirements.
• Own software design and architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with business analysts and software architects on requirements and architecture.

Job description

Your responsibilities

• Developing Software Architecture and features to meet the required software specification, performance, Security and other non-functional requirements
• Own software design and architectural decisions
• Work with Business analysts and S/w Architect to understand Requirement and Architecture specifications and subsequent feature development
• Work in agile and Scrum teams following agile based methodologies
• Do Integration and unit testing the software modules
• Interface and work with multi-site development teams.
• Quick, Independent and pro-active in responding to queries
• Collaborative team player

Your skills and experience

Experienced full-stackdeveloper/architect with Hands-on experience inS/w Architecture, Designing and developing full-stack modules and components for web applications

Experience with AI tools like Cursor as part of solutioning, design and development.

Strong experience in Cloud Native Architecture and developing large software applications using multiple technology stacks

Strong experience in the below Technology stacks and frameworks:

Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, Golang and Python.

Extensive experience with cloud-native development and deployment

Experience with Azure cloud services – Compute, Storage, Containerization, VPC/Network.

Strong experience in Microservices using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Data/JPA/JOOQ

Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience with database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to Have:

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Knowledge of Project management methodologies (SCRUM, Agile)

Experience with JIRA; knowledge of agile development
