Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Application System Analyst who will be responsible to configure, maintain and optimize the Application.

Candidate will be part of the Group Tech team and will work closely with the Development team and Business team.

Candidate be responsible to resolve issues, optimize system performance, and ensure good System Health.

Role and Responsibilities

• Maintain the Application and work on integration of application with other systems.
• Analyse and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the development team to improve application performance.
• Assist in system enhancements and upgrades.
• Develop documentation for troubleshooting and maintenance processes.
• Monitor application performance to ensure optimal user experience.Assist in the development of training materials and user manuals.
• Provide training on system functionalities.
• Maintain knowledge of current and emerging technologies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Document the audit requirement/evidence from the technology perspective.
