Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects for Document Management Systems (DMS) and digital personal file (DPF) by taking responsibility for planning, execution, and completion within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Drive project milestones, coordinate resources, and oversee project deliverables.
• Assist in projects and rollouts as an IT Subject Matter Expert (SME) for DMS and DPF and support the business in defining requirements.
• Oversee the integration and configuration of document management systems to ensure seamless operation and user accessibility.
• Contribute to the demand management process, including time planning, effort estimation, and coordination with external partners.
• Support daily operations related to our Document Management Systems (DMS) and digital personal file (DPF), ensuring seamless system functionality, and liaise with the external vendors to drive improvements.
• Resolve incident tickets and service requests, coordinate ticket handover and specific case management with external partners.
• Ensure continuous system availability and performance.
• Participate in scrum events and maintain JIRA for agile work organization.

Your Qualifications

• Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Extensive experience (min. 3 years, >6 years beneficial) with document management systems, particularly Aconso and OpenText.
• Deep understanding of document management protocols and best practices in digital filing systems.
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in executing HR IT initiatives.
• SAP Interface Technology skilled in RFC and OData for data integration.
• Familiar with SAP HR systems and processes for HR solutions.
• Understanding of Object‑Oriented ABAP programming for development support.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; beginner‑level skills in German are optional.
• International experience, having lived or worked abroad.
• Ability to work independently and proactively within a team environment.
• Experience with agile and waterfall approaches, including tools and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and JIRA.
