Job summary

A leading global technology company based in India is seeking an SAP Consultant to maintain and develop SAP applications in PP and SCM-PPDS. The ideal candidate will support production process optimization using SAP S/4HANA, implement system adjustments, and ensure compliance with service level agreements. Fluency in German and English is required, along with a degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable education.

Qualifications

• Solid expertise in SAP PP and SAP APO-PPDS.
• Experience in customizing and debugging ABAP code is beneficial.
• Knowledge of supply chain integration and adjacent SAP modules.

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop SAP applications in SAP PP and SAP SCM-PPDS
• Support business units in optimizing production processes with SAP S/4HANA
• Implement system adjustments and create technical documentation
• Conduct tests, training sessions, and workshops
• Participate in global SAP projects (optimizations, upgrades, rollouts)
• Collaborate with and coordinate external service providers
• Analyze errors in CIF integration between SAP S/4 and SAP SCM
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements

Your profile:

• Degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable education
• Solid expertise in SAP PP and SAP APO-PPDS, including production planning processes and master data
• Experience in customizing and debugging ABAP code is beneficial
• Knowledge of supply chain integration and adjacent SAP modules
• Analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and solution-oriented working style
• Fluent in German and English
