Integfarms My Health School Pvt. Ltd. is hiring two experienced doctors for a full-time role to deliver evidence-based diabetes care, patient education, and diabetes management and reversal programmes across our Wellness Centres in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

The ideal candidates will show strong clinical knowledge of diabetes management, excellent patient counselling skills, and experience in managing diabetes and related conditions, with a valid medical registration.

Qualifications

• MBBS with 3+ years of experience handling diabetes patients.
• Diploma in Diabetes with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Postgraduate qualification in Endocrinology with 3+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Consult, assess, and follow up with diabetes patients and related conditions.
• Develop and monitor personalised diabetes management plans.
• Review labs (HbA1c, FBS/PPBS, lipids, renal function) and make clinical decisions.
• Counsel patients on diet, lifestyle and diabetes self-management.
• Screen for complications and refer to specialists when needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with dietitians and wellness teams to improve outcomes.
• Conduct health awareness sessions and education programmes.

MBBS with 3 years diabetes management experience

MBBS with Diploma in Diabetes and 3 years experience

Job Summary:

We are hiring 2 experienced doctors for a full-time role to deliver evidence-based diabetes care, patient education, and diabetes management and reversal programmes across our Wellness Centres.

The ideal candidates should have strong clinical knowledge of diabetes management, excellent patient counselling skills, and experience in managing patients with diabetes and related conditions.

Key Responsiblities:

• Consult, assess, and follow up with patients diagnosed with diabetes and related conditions.
• Develop and monitor personalised diabetes management plans.
• Review laboratory reports, including HbA1c, FBS/PPBS, lipid profile, and renal function tests, and make appropriate clinical decisions.
• Counsel patients and their families on diet, lifestyle modifications, and diabetes self-management.
• Screen for diabetes-related complications and refer patients to specialists when required.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with dietitians, health coaches, and wellness teams to support patient outcomes.
• Conduct health awareness sessions and patient education programmes.

Qualification & Experience:

Candidates must meet any one of the following criteria:

• MBBS with a minimum of 3 years of experience managing patients with diabetes.
• MBBS with a Diploma in Diabetes and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• MBBS with a postgraduate qualification in Endocrinology and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Mandatory Requirement:

Valid registration with the relevant Medical Council.

Required Skills:

• Strong clinical knowledge of diabetes management and glycemic control.
• Excellent communication and patient counselling skills.
• Patient-centred, empathetic, and professional approach.
• Ability to interpret relevant laboratory reports and monitor patient progress.
• Proficiency in Tamil and English is preferred.

Good to Have:

• Experience in lifestyle medicine, preventive healthcare, or diabetes reversal programmes.

Compensations & Work Timings:

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications, clinical experience, and suitability.
