Job description

DM/MGR - Best Manufacturing Process Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Identification of improvement areas in vendor plants
• Collaboration with vendors to conclude improvement projects, solution & implementation timelines
• Collaboration with MSIL Consultants for successful deployment of improvements at suppliers
• Monitoring of plant vs. actual against identified KPIs
• Creation of KPI performance reports & deployment of same to Top management

Key Skills:

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Display result-oriented approach
• Keenness to execute 3G and spend time on supplier shop floor
• Proficiency in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good analytical skills

Technical Expertise:

• Strong understanding of manufacturing best practices
• Ability to identify improvement areas at shop floor across processes and come up with actionable solutions
• Having actual experience of shop floor involving process standardisation, efficiency improvements etc.
• Ability to prepare actionable implementation plan of proposed solutions along with manufacturer

Eligibility Criteria:

• Manufacturing industry experience with a large value chain preferable with exposure to Manufacturing/Quality/Supply Chain function.
