Bandhan Technologies is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Domain Expert / Process Transformation Consultant to optimize plant operations. The role partners with plant teams, business stakeholders, and technology teams to map current processes and design optimized future-state workflows.

The candidate will identify ERP, MES, SCM, WMS, BI, IoT, automation and AI opportunities, document requirements, and support vendor evaluations. Travel to Hosur plant is expected as required.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, process transformation, or manufacturing technology.
• Strong understanding of plant and shop-floor processes.
• Experience in As-Is/To-Be process mapping and gap analysis.
• Understanding of ERP, MES, supply chain, warehouse, quality, and maintenance systems.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Experience with RFP preparation and vendor evaluation is preferred.
• Fluency in Tamil, English, and Hindi is mandatory.

• Recommend improvements in productivity, inventory visibility, quality, and reporting.

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Domain Expert / Process Transformation Consultant with strong hands-on knowledge of manufacturing plant operations and process improvement.

The ideal candidate will work closely with plant teams, business stakeholders, and technology teams to assess existing manufacturing processes, identify operational gaps, design optimized future-state processes, and translate business needs into technology requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess end-to-end manufacturing and shop-floor operations.
• Conduct As-Is process assessment, stakeholder interviews, and gap analysis.
