Job summary

Credicus Business Services in Bengaluru, India seeks a results-driven sales professional to drive AUM and revenue targets by expanding and servicing a broad IFA network. The role involves nurturing existing relationships, recruiting new IFAs, and leading a sales team to meet performance goals.

You will ensure top-tier servicing for IFAs, including support, query resolution, product training and client seminars, while building a scalable team as per the defined structure.

Responsibilities

• Recruit potential new IFAs
• Manage, recruit and drive the sales team for meeting efforts and performance targets
