Job summary

Credicus Business Services in India seeks a driven sales leader to achieve AUM and revenue targets while nurturing the IFA network. You will maintain relationships, recruit new IFAs, and build a high-performance sales team aligned with the defined organization structure.

You will ensure top-tier servicing for IFAs, including sales support, query resolution, product training, and client seminars, with strong emphasis on incentives and appraisals to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Achieve given AUM and Revenue targets.
• Maintain relationships with the existing network of IFAs.
• Recruit potential new IFAs.
• Manage, recruit and drive the sales team for meeting efforts and performance targets.
• Ensure highest servicing standard for IFAs in the areas of sales support, query resolution, product training and client seminars.
