Job summary

Jobtailor in Chennai is seeking a Senior IT Architect to define and lead the overall technical strategy, architecture, and design for complex systems. You will own key technologies within the location and ensure alignment with enterprise principles.

You will mentor Principal Engineers and senior leaders, partner with Product and Engineering to translate strategy into scalable solutions, evaluate emerging technologies, and drive governance and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 7–15 years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in product/engineering development or SME.
• Hands-on mentoring of technical teams and leading cross-functional collaboration.
• Managing cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery with value-based prioritization.
