Ideal candidates bring 13+ years of experience in software architecture, stellar stakeholder management, and a track record of mentoring and leading diverse teams. Bachelor's or Master's in CS/IT is preferred.

• Strong experience designing and developing technology solutions using a variety of platforms, programming languages, and tools.
• Experience in software architecture and technical solution design.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and technology experts to develop breakthrough solutions and accelerators.

• Mentor and guide team members through continuous feedback, technical coaching, and on‑the‑job support.

• Where aligned to a Center of Excellence or practice, define the vision, roadmap, plans, and budget for the practice.
• Collaborate across multiple projects and accounts to identify innovative use cases and interface with client stakeholders for solution implementation.
