Role Description The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating daily truck movements, assigning loads, and ensuring that drivers follow scheduled routes and delivery times. This full-time, on-site role in Ludhiana includes monitoring trip progress, updating customers and internal teams, and resolving routing or scheduling issues as they arise. The Dispatcher communicates regularly with drivers to provide instructions, address concerns, and maintain accurate records of trips, loads, and delivery statuses. The role also involves using dispatch or logistics software, handling documentation, and supporting compliance with safety and company policies.

Qualifications
