Job summary

Gold Coast Trucking, a USA-based transportation company, is hiring for a Truck Dispatcher in Amritsar to join our office in New Amritsar, Punjab. You will book and manage loads, coordinate with brokers and drivers, and handle dispatching tasks using computer systems.

This is an office-only role, with 5 days per week, 10-hour shifts and 2 days off. Applicants should have fluent English, good computer skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Book and manage loads for trucks.
• Make and receive phone calls with brokers and other parties.
• Communicate with drivers regarding scheduling, load planning, and daily operations.
• Coordinate loads and ensure smooth transportation operations.
• Perform computer-based dispatching and related office tasks.

Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills — both speaking and understanding.
• Good computer skills.
• Active, responsible, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous trucking/dispatching experience is preferred but not mandatory for suitable candidates.
• Work from office only.

Work Schedule

• 5 days per week
• 10-hour shift
• 30-minute break
• 2 days off per week
• Exact shift timing will be advised at the time of joining.
• Different shifts are available.
