Job summary

GTT Dispatch Technician in Pune, India is responsible for coordinating dispatch scheduling of Field Service Technicians for Installation and Repairs, communicating via email, chats, and system work items with customers, vendors, and colleagues.

GTT Dispatch Technician

Location: Pune India

Job Type: Full Time

The Dispatch Technician is responsible for communicating all aspects of dispatch scheduling of Field Service Technicians for both Installation and Repairs. This communication will occur via email, chat, system generated work items and notes with our customers, dispatch vendors, and other GTT employees.

Key Responsibilities
