Job summary

GTT Communications, Inc. in Pune, India is looking for a Dispatch Technician to coordinate dispatch scheduling for Field Service Technicians handling installations and repairs.

The role requires strong English communication, problem solving, and the ability to manage multiple systems in a fast-paced environment. You will handle inbound/outbound chats with customers and vendors, communicate dispatch times and requirements, and ensure high standards of service.

Qualifications

• One year or more of job experience in similar industry in an inbound call center role.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Logical problem solving and analysis skills.
• Use initiative and be pro-active.
• Having an ownership mentality.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a pressured and sometimes stressful and dynamic environment.
• Must be adaptable and flexible in dealing with a variety of people and situations.
• Ability to work extra hours as needed.
• Must be a team player.
• Ability to work on rotating shifts to include weekend shifts as required.
• Familiarity with basic Telecommunication language and concepts.

GTT Dispatch Technician Location:Pune India Job Type:Full Time Position Summary: ‰ The Dispatch Technician is responsible for communicating all aspects of dispatch scheduling of Field Service Technicians for both Installation and Repairs. This communication will occur via email, chat, system generated work items and notes with our customers, dispatch vendors, and other GTT employees.
