20+ years of experience in EPC/PMC/Construction projects
Strong exposure to large-scale infrastructure/industrial projects
Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary site teams
Excellent stakeholder management and decision-making skills
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Execution & Delivery
- Lead discipline-specific execution across project lifecycle (engineering to commissioning)
- Ensure adherence to project schedule, cost, and quality benchmarks
- Drive milestone achievement and resolve execution bottlenecks
- Review method statements, construction plans, and execution strategies
2. Contractor & Stakeholder Management
- Oversee EPC contractors and subcontractor performance
- Conduct regular progress reviews and coordination meetings
- Interface with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure alignment between design, procurement, and construction
3. Engineering & Technical Oversight
- Review and validate engineering designs, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure constructability, value engineering, and optimization
- Provide technical guidance to site teams and resolve critical issues
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and best practices
4. Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure implementation of QA/QC procedures and quality standards
- Drive EHS compliance and promote a strong safety culture
- Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements
5. Planning, Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor discipline-specific progress and productivity
- Support planning and controls team in schedule tracking and recovery plans
- Review progress reports, MIS, and dashboards
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
6. Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and site managers
- Drive performance, accountability, and skill development
- Ensure effective cross-functional coordination
- Build a high-performance culture within the discipline team
