Qualifications

• Strong value mapping, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven record in organizational transformation and shared service centers.
• Negotiation and strategic solution delivery experience.
• Experience using PM tools to manage scope, costs, resources and schedules.
• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process transformation initiatives across Clinical, Regulatory, and other functions.
• Facilitate cross-functional value mapping and design workshops to identify inefficiencies.
• Apply Lean Six methodologies to diagnose causes, implement improvements, and quantify value.
• Manage large programs with accountability for deliverables and stakeholder engagement.
• Delegate work to level-specific specialists and lead organizational change initiatives.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Regulatory, and other teams to improve interactions and processes.
• Document milestones and drive actions to meet them.

• Identify data opportunities, detect trends, and communicate insights to leaders.
