Job summary

remote zest jobs is seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain leader to drive system-wide SCM operations and budgeting across markets. The role focuses on increasing visibility, efficiency, and cost-savings across facilities while mentoring staff and aligning with corporate directives.

The role requires strong leadership, a track record in managing multi-site SCM operations, and familiarity with ERP systems such as Lawson. Educational background in business/finance/Supply Chain is valued.

Qualifications

• 5 years of management or supervisory experience in supply chain or purchasing.
• Experience in a multi-facility organization (preferred).
• 2 years of experience working with an ERP system (Lawson or similar) (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain operations and budgeting for assigned markets.
• Maintain fiscal responsibility for market supply chain departments.
• Mentor, coach, and develop staff across functions.
• Establish measurable performance goals for departments and teams.
