As a SAP SD Director, you will play a pivotal role in consulting services for SAP Customer Relationship Management applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing CRM software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will enable clients to optimize customer relationship management processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive‑level client relations. You are expected to be a guardian of PwC’s reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset are foundational to our success. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 16 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
