Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants India Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru is seeking a Director, PDS Projects to lead complex Industrial Green Field projects, including semiconductor, clean room and pharma facilities, overseeing a 30+ member team. This on-site role requires strategic oversight across multi-disciplinary teams and strict adherence to timelines.

You will coordinate with overseas consultants, drive PMC excellence, and manage mega-scale initiatives with 15+ years of experience in the field.

• Handled 2 to 3 projects of above 2 million sq. ft.

• Must have lead a team of 30+ Members, Minimum 15 Years of Industrial Green Field Experience.
• Must have handled min. 2 to 3 project of above 2 Million Sq. Ft.
• Must have handled Overseas Consultant.
• Min. 15 Years of PMC Experience.
