Job summary

JLL in Bengaluru, Karnataka, seeks a Project Lead for an airport infrastructure program. Lead end-to-end delivery from inception to handover, coordinate multi-disciplinary design, construction, cost, quality, contract and technical teams, and drive governance aligned with client objectives.

The ideal candidate holds BE Civil with PMC background and airport experience, bringing 20–25 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for large airport infrastructure projects from inception to handover.

• Manage stakeholder relationships with clients, contractors, consultants and end-users.
• Monitor performance across scope, schedule, cost, quality and safety; implement corrective actions.
• Chair project steering committees and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Project Lead (Airport Project within Karnataka)

Experience required: 20-25 years.

Job Description

• Good communication skills.Single point contact, Lead end-to-end project delivery for large scale airport infrastructure projects from inception through handover,Develop project execution strategies, delivery methodologies and governance frameworks aligned with client objectives,Oversee multi-disciplinary teams including design, construction management, cost, quality, contract, and technical specialists,Manage stakeholder relationships with clients, contractors, consultants and end-users,Monitor project performance across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety; implement corrective actions for deviations,Chair project steering committees, management reviews, and coordination meetings provide strategic decision-making,Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements,Manage project risks, change orders, resolve disputes, and escape critical issues to client,Review and approve major project deliverables including design packages, procurement strategies, construction plans, and quality documentation Drive continuous improvement, lessons learned, and knowledge management across project lifecycle.

Preferred Qualification

BE Civil with PMC Background Industry : Airport experience is mandatory; years of experience in airports shall be min. 5 years
