Job summary

JLL in Bengaluru is seeking a Director Projects to lead major industrial and pharma initiatives, including green-field development and overseas coordination. You will drive strategic delivery and coordinate with stakeholders across functions to ensure project success.

The role requires managing a 30+ member team, 15+ years of PMC experience, and a proven track record on large projects (>2 million sq ft). On-site role with 48 hours weekly at Bengaluru, KA, and a focus on safety and quality.

• Must have handled 2–3 projects above 2 million sq ft.
• Must have handled overseas consultant engagements.

• Min. 15 Years of PMC Experience.
