Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Bengaluru is seeking an Assistant Project Lead for MEP Project and Development Services to support on-site management of HVAC, electrical and mechanical works and ensure project delivery across design, procurement and construction phases.

The role requires hands-on leadership of site teams, coordination with design consultants, subcontractors and suppliers, and adherence to safety, quality and reporting standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include hands-on experience with site management and coordination of MEPF works.
• Strong background in Corporate Fitout and Labs projects is preferred.
• B.E / B.Tech Mechanical or Electrical with 6+ years of experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain smooth site operations and ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate with design consultants and oversee MEPF construction and reporting.

What this job involves:

Maintaining smooth site operations Maintaining a seamless and orderly site operations will be your main agenda every day.

In this role, you’ll take on various site-related tasks, such as solving site design problems in coordination with design consultants, managing construction of MEPF works and related records for reporting purposes.

Aside from these, you’ll also see to it that the projects comply with corresponding occupational health and safety legislations, standards, and codes of practice. Likewise, you’ll prepare and manage the implementation of the Project Management, Project Safety and Quality Plan.

Part of your job is to assemble and lead a team of experts and bring out the best in each member.

You’ll constantly coordinate with key stakeholders and manage subcontractors and suppliers.

You’ll carry out negotiations with contractors and suppliers as well.
