Job summary

Weekday is seeking a Director of Product Operations in Bengaluru to architect and scale the end-to-end product lifecycle across our supply chain network. You will lead cross-functional teams in strategy, design, and delivery, ensuring high quality transitions from development to launch with a focus on last-mile logistics, procurement, and warehouse management systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in product management and operations.
• Proven track record scaling last mile logistics and procurement operations.
• Strong expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and integrated supply chain solutions.
• Experience leading field operator teams and KPI driven.
• Data-driven decision making with dashboards and analytics for operational KPIs.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in cross-border or multi-regional supply chains and regulatory awareness.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in related field; PMP/Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation and execution of product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end operations across design, procurement, and last-mile delivery.
• Drive improvements in procurement, WMS configurations, and operator workflows.

Key Responsibilities
