Shell Recharge’s ability to expand network reach, integrate partners and improve charging economics depends on an interoperable ecosystem and intelligent optimisation capabilities. The Ecosystem and Optimization Product Portfolio brings these outcomes together: Ecosystem Access & Roaming, and Energy, Data & Decision Optimisation. The squad enables usable partner-network growth while lowering energy cost and creating reusable, governed decision intelligence.
The Product Director — Ecosystem & Optimisation is the player-coach accountable for the squad’sstrategy, outcomes and roadmap. Success means growing usable accessible charge points and reducing partner activation time, while delivering measurable energy benefit, safe automation and adoption of data and decision products. You will ensure partner exchange is normalised without compromising the authoritative session, tariff and financial records owned by other domains.
