Shell India Markets Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru is seeking a senior leader to drive strategic value delivery across the Americas LSC portfolio and PMO governance. You will lead cross-functional initiatives spanning Supply Chain, Commercial, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, and Product Management.

You will coach and develop a high-performing Value Delivery team, establish governance standards, manage change, and ensure benefits realization across end-to-end transformation programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Transformation, or Project Leadership.
• Proven track record leading complex cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic business environment.
• Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in portfolio management, governance, change management, and value delivery.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for execution, continuous improvement, and business transformation.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree preferred.

What you'll be doing?

Lead and Develop High-Performing Teams

Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Value Delivery Leads. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Develop capabilities and strengthen the organization's project management maturity.

Deliver Business Transformation (Must Win Battle Program)

Serve as program leader for critical end-to-end supply chain initiatives. Drive project execution, change management, stakeholder alignment, and benefits realization. Ensure successful delivery of projects across scope, timeline, budget, and business outcomes.

Shape Project Excellence

Establish PMO standards, governance frameworks, reporting tools, and delivery methodologies. Introduce best practices and innovative approaches that improve organizational effectiveness and accelerate value realization.

Influence Across the Organization

Partner with senior leaders across Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Finance. Translate strategy into actionable programs and measurable results. Act as a trusted advisor on project portfolio decisions and execution priorities.

What we need from you?

• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Transformation, or Project Leadership.

This position work hours are between 5PM and 1.30AM IST.

Work location is Bangalore.
