Bitla Software Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru, India seeks an experienced Product Manager to drive product strategy and growth across a B2B SaaS portfolio.

You will lead cross-functional teams from idea to launch, shaping requirements, pricing, and go-to-market plans while aligning with customer needs and market trends. The role emphasizes AI-driven transformation, prioritization of features, and lifecycle management to deliver competitive products and revenue growth.

• Proven ownership of a product portfolio, platform, or major product line from strategy through execution and post-launch growth.
• Challenges conventional assumptions and looks for fundamentally better ways to solve problems.
• Curious about how businesses operate; enjoys getting close to customers and understanding their problems.

Responsabilidades

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth, focusing on new product development, product innovation, and go-to-market strategy.
  


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product life cycle from concept to launch.
  


• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform product decisions and optimize pricing strategies.
  


• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring effective communication among stakeholders through regular reporting.
  


• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the organization's product development lifecycle.


• Champion AI as a fundamental product and business transformation opportunity for Bitla. Identify where AI can meaningfully improve operator workflows, decision‑making, revenue optimization, customer service, and traveler experience.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 14-22 years of experience in Product Management or related field (preferably in Telecom/ISP industry).
  


• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).
  


• Strong experience building and scaling products in B2B SaaS or technology businesses.


• Proven ownership of a product portfolio, platform, or major product line from strategy through execution and post-launch growth.


• Challenges conventional assumptions and looks for fundamentally better ways to solve problems rather than incrementally improving existing solutions.


• Curious about how businesses operate; enjoys getting close to customers, understanding their problems, and finding opportunities they may not articulate themselves.
