Job summary

Magellanic Cloud in Pune is seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade solutions aligned with business objectives.

The role requires 10-12 years in solution architecture and strong hands-on skills across Power Platform, Azure, and integration with SharePoint Online. You will mentor teams and drive digital transformation in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of experience in solution architecture or digital transformation.
• Strong hands-on with Power Platform, Azure and enterprise integration.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and architecture governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and technical design for enterprise apps and digital programs.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure tech solutions.
• Define application, data, integration, security, and infrastructure architectures.
• Create architecture diagrams, specifications and design docs.
• Design integrations with enterprise systems, cloud services and APIs.
• Evaluate technologies, platforms, and frameworks and ensure governance.
• Provide technical leadership and conduct reviews throughout projects.
• Support estimation, planning, risk assessment and delivery.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade technology solutions aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, enterprise application architecture, system integrations, AI/automation, and digital transformation. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery leaders to define architecture strategies, technology roadmaps, and implementation approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and technical design for enterprise applications and digital transformation programs.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technology solutions.
• Define application, data, integration, security, and infrastructure architectures.
• Create architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and design documentation.
• Design integrations with enterprise systems, cloud services, third-party applications, and APIs.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and frameworks.
• Ensure adherence to architecture standards, security policies, governance, and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct architecture and code reviews and support governance activities.
• Support solution estimation, planning, risk assessment, and delivery execution.
• Mentor developers and technical leads.
• Drive modernization initiatives using Power Platform, Azure, AI, automation, and Copilot technologies.

Required Skills & Expertise

• 10 - 12 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Application Design, or Digital Transformation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
• Strong experience with Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Builder.
• Experience integrating SharePoint Online with Power Platform.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and Custom Connectors.
• Experience with Azure Services and Azure Functions.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration, connectivity, and data migration.
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Strong understanding of Power Platform governance, security, and compliance.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with production support and performance optimization.
• Excellent solution design and technical documentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring technical teams and driving innovation.

Preferred / Added Advantage

• Experience as a Solution Architect in enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.
• Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Certification (AZ-305).
• Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect experience.
