Responsibilities

• Monitor, manage and educate the administration of the institution and take remedial actions based on the stakeholder's feedback.
• Empower all staff and students to reach their maximum potential.
• Lead the strategic development of the college.
• Work with academic units to represent the College to external stakeholders.
• Promote institutional interaction and inculcate research development activities.
• Ensure that the staff and students are aware of rules, policies and procedures laid down by the college.
• Be fair in disciplinary actions for all the members of faculty, non-teaching staff and students.
• Oversee all Polytechnic operations, including daily Polytechnic activities.
• Coordinate curriculums, manage staff, and provide a safe and productive learning environment for students.
• Responsible for decision-making, teacher assignments, and improving College quality.
• Coordinate with Nodal officers of Govt concerned with other stakeholders like AICTE etc.
• Responsible for mobilization & counselling to ensure the allotted seats of college must fill by the Govt deadline.
