Job summary

Responsibilities

• Research to develop compliant payroll engines across the Americas.
• Collaborate with the development team to design workflows that align with local regulatory requirements.
• Ensure legislative changes are incorporated into configurations promptly and accurately.
• Provide resources and frameworks to support compliance decision-making at every stage of the product lifecycle.
• Lead end-to-end project execution for payroll compliance enhancements and new implementations.
• Manage a team of compliance professionals, overseeing payroll compliance activities across the Americas.
• Offer expert guidance on legislative compliance, including audits and regulatory inquiries, ensuring adherence to international standards.
• Coordinate as a bridge between compliance, engineering and product teams.
