Job summary

Advantmed India LLP is seeking an Executive Director-level leader to drive a US healthcare-focused LOB from India. You will oversee operations, quality, training, MIS, and delivery, guiding growth and client satisfaction across onshore and offshore teams. The role requires strong leadership, a strategic mindset, and a track record of scaling teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in operations or client services with 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience in managing Operations, Quality, Training, and MIS teams concurrently.
• Experience in managing large onshore/offshore teams.
• Strong background working with US healthcare clients and stakeholders.
• Proven track record in scaling teams and managing multiple clients.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Line of Business performance including Operations, Quality, Training, Workforce/MIS, and Process Excellence.
• Drive operational strategies to ensure efficiency and SLA adherence.
• Ensure continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
• Maintain alignment between organizational goals, KPIs, and client expectations.
• Manage large cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore locations.
• Lead, coach, and mentor managers and team leads.
• Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Support talent development and succession planning.
• Act as primary point of contact for multiple US-based clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external clients and US internal client success teams.

Role Summary:

The Director will be responsible for leading and managing an entire Line of Business (LOB) by driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, team development, and business growth. The role requires strong leadership capabilities, experience managing large teams across onshore and offshore locations, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, particularly within the United States. The Associate Director will serve as a key decision maker ensuring KPIs, quality standards, and strategic objectives remain aligned across functions including Operations, Quality, Training, MIS, and Project Delivery.
