Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in technology, networking, or telecommunications.
• Proven leadership, managing regional or global FP&A functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-to-insights capability.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., Hyperion, Power BI), advanced modeling.
• Understanding of FP&A concepts and predictive analytics using AI tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence across regions.
• Experience aligning numbers to business concepts and actionable recommendations.
• Ability to streamline FP&A processes and improve reporting timeliness via automation.
• Strategic and proactive in identifying opportunities and mitigating risks.
